The Buddha, through Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love, taught us there are 1000’s of opportunities a day to practice compassion.

With every breath we inhale and exhale—daily 17,000 to 30,000 opportunities.

To breathe in the toxins, the mental and emotional pollutants, then with the alchemy of our thoughts, to change those issues and breathe out compassion, non-judgement of everything.

Breathing combined with thinking can be a type of alchemy—receiving and giving—to be forgiving in the moment, to be non-judgemental and compassionate in the moment . . .

There is so much judgement flying around these days!

We seem to easily take sides rather than stand back and send Love, forgiveness, non-judgement, compassion.

As the Observer, grateful to be here doing the work of letting go, we create balance within ourselves.

Understanding the Law of As Within So Without, being in balance, in our joy, is how we create balance in our external reality, our societies.

With the alchemy of conscious breathing we can change the old belief systems, the toxic old ways, to thoughts of forgiveness, non-judgement and compassion, at same time being in gratitude, in our joy, helping the Mother with this extraordinary Ascension experience on Gaia. [Read more…]
