THE SCALES OF JUSTICE: OF WORTH AND OF THE UNIVERSE, IN BALANCE
The Universal Law of Intent draws our attention to aligning our mental and emotional bodies — our thoughts and feelings — with Divine Thought, Mind, Will, Heart.
Sanat Kumara, Keeper of Universal Law, through Linda Dillon channel for the Council of Love, says intention is the beginning of creation and embedded within intention is inspiration and imagination, not simply an idea, but the actions that are congruent, the behaviours, the heart’s desires that are congruent.
When we consciously align with the Divine, in daily undertakings, our conduct, desires, aspirations, and creations, we find intention and sacred purpose are one and the same.
Heavenly Blessings Radio Show ~ The Universal Law of Intent with Sanat Kumara
Meditation: 20:00 – 34:19
We can set intent by taking a few minutes to intend how we wish to create our day — carrying our intentions around with us all day, each and every day — embedding them deep within us.
We hold intent.
The Universal Law of Intent is kind, generous, sharing, joyous, tender, considerate.
It is never inconsiderate, arrogant or lacking in compassion for that would not be in alignment with the Mother and with Love.
Using imagination and Divine Inspiration, consistent intention can be set in a few minutes at the beginning of each day. Here is a list from Sanat Kumara.
-
- Intention for the day
-
- Intention for the week
-
- Intention for my conduct
-
- Intention for what I choose to experience and receive throughout the day
-
- Intention for how I seek to interact with others
-
- Intention for the inspiration I wish to experience
We set intent by taking those few minutes, carrying them around with us all day — each and every day — embedding them deep within us.
We hold intent.

Again from Sanat Kumara, here is another way to hold intent:
Treating Ourselves In Kind, Nurturing, Considerate Ways
He asks us to choose a partner — a family member, a friend, a stranger — and everyday to engage either mentally, esoterically or actually, in a kind and loving exchange, a relationship that is expressive and reflective and in alignment with how we Love ourselves, and in reciprocity how we Love and wish to be treated everyday, and then to formulate the same relationship with prayer, meditation, intent with our water and our food.
He said if we were to do these 3 very simple things — engage with an individual, our water, our food in kind, loving, nurturing, gentle ways for 1 month — the shift upon our planet would be unbelievable.
He does not say significant he says, “Unbelievable” because we are breaking the old pattern, and erecting, constructing the New, ignoring what does not serve, anchoring what does serve, what fills our hearts with supreme gladness in form.
He suggests we engage with a friend, a family member or a stranger, to watch it blossom.
Gazing into another’s eyes for several minutes a day (8 minutes works well) is one way to engage with an individual.
Doing this the old patterns fall away and the New that is underneath truly shines like the brilliant pattern of the Mother and the Father that it is.
Call on Sanat Kumara for help with this.
With practice we align ourselves with the Love and the sacred Universal Law of Intent.
It is asking that everything we do, think, feel, believe,
be in alignment with the Sacred Law of Intent,
of which our sacred intent is part.
If we keep to that practice daily, hourly, it eliminates all feelings of lack.
The Universal Laws are the truth of God.
Aligning ourselves with Love and the sacred Universal Law of Intent, we align with the truth of our being which is balance.

An Invocation for the Universal Law of Intent
I invoke Sanat Kumara and the Universal Law of Intent
that everything I do, think, feel, believe, be in alignment with Love, truth, balance.

Archangel Michael: Let us break [intention] down into, shall we say, big intention and smaller intention, personal intention and global intention.
Now there is also a — I was going to say habit but I am saying — addiction, because it has really reached that point and this is a flashing yellow caution light for lightworkers and loveholders.
So please heed what I have to say.
Global intentions, collective intentions are beautiful and sacred and holy and when you come together in global intention, miracles happen. We have seen this and you will certainly see more of it.
But do not ever think, feel or believe, my family and friends, that somehow global intentions are more important, more valid, more worthy than the personal whispers of your heart.
That is why I have started today by talking about the peace within you and the anchoring of that ‘truly knowing’ within you.
So when you are setting intentions — we do recommend every morning — there needs to be time, and if you think you do not have the time, you are deceiving yourself; you are fooling yourself and you are robbing yourself.
You take the time, whether it is an hour or ten minutes or five minutes, to set your intention, not only for your family, the planet and the galaxy and the Universe, but also for your sweet self, for your day, for what you are working on.
So, from that sense of peace, comes the expression of hope, of what you intend, not only to draw in.
Attraction and repulsion is but one Universal Law, but you express — not only to all of us, not only to your circle of guardians, but to your Sacred Self — what you intend to experience.
So, it can be small, “I am going to work today and I have a big meeting, and I wish to be heard and seen for the brilliance of my ideas, for what I have to contribute. I wish to be seen for Who I Am, and I wish to be a cooperative team player.”
And then you intend, “Things have been rocky with my children and I know in accordance with the Mother’s Plan and Unfoldment that we are intended to see each other, to be in peace relationships, so I intend that that will be harmonious.
“And in accordance with that, my intention is that I will behave kind and loving, not permissive, but accepting and expansive today in relationship with my children, so help me do that.”
You see there is the joining of forces when you are expressing that intention, and then we would Love to see you, of course, express world peace, but it starts with the personal.
You cannot be praying and intending and hoping for world peace and have your home front a battleground or have your internal self out of harmony, out of balance, having an internal battleground. It will never work.
So, it starts with you, and then, yes, by all means, move to the grander intentions, and do it in conjunction with your community, whatever your community is, whether it is a temple or a community center or a coffee klatch.
Intend it and do it, and know that we are joining with you to do this. That is what intention is.
It is setting out; it is sending the spiritual, telepathic, electronic, light wave communication to say, “This is what I want. This is how I choose to express and experience Love.”
And, it is very proactive. It is not simply sitting in a chair or on the sofa watching TV saying, “I intend to win the lottery.”
No, you have need to take action that is in alignment with your intention, and sometimes, sweet angels, the action is sitting on the couch perfectly still, so you have to pay attention to the guidance, but it is in accordance with what you want.
And then we would Love to see you take action and to again express intention at a midpoint in your day.
So sometimes you would set your little watches or your phones that have such remarkable capabilities these days, and you would say, you know, at twelve o’clock or one o’clock or two o’clock or whatever the middle of your day is, take a few moments, not only to visit with us, not only to visit with your intentions – to check in. How is it going?
But to check in with your sacred self, because sometimes there is need for a little reset or an expansion.
So your business meeting is completed and you are feeling pretty good, and you think, “Well, I’ve done it.”
When you go to the middle of the day and reset, it gives you a chance to expand what just happened, so that the rest of your day is not simply in time out or not being fully present and aware, but expanding that energy of that intention, of being seen, of having harmonious conversations, of being a team player.
And then at the end of the day, and particularly — we will take ‘thank you’ whenever we get it — but particularly at the end of the day.

Greater Understanding
of the Universal Law of Intent
Sanat Kumara, our Planetary Logos and Keeper of Universal Law, greets and welcomes us, each and everyone of us as a dear friend, as Raj, our brother, teacher, and Holder of the Law of One and of All.
He tells us there is no creation that is meaningful in the sense of the Universe, or ourself, without intention.
Whether we choose to engage consciously and actively with the Law of Intent, or whether we simply choose to ignore it, does not mean that it is not in operation.
He says it is important that we fully understand this when he is speaking of the 13 Universal Laws and that this is particularly pertinent to the advancement of humanity.
We did not come to this planet of Gaia during a time of shift and Ascension to be unconscious, quite the contrary.
Prior to this time we could say we were not aware but that is not of truth now.
It is time for each of us in our Divinity and wholeness to actively engage with the Law, in every aspect of the Law, in ways that are meaningful, not only to the collective, but to us.
When we are operating in ways that are meaningful to us,
intending that which is a balance of Love, charity, and compassion
it has the same reflection throughout all of our planet, all of humanity.
The Universal Law of Intent is kind
It is generous, sharing, joyous, tender, and considerate.
It is never selfish or arrogant.
It is never excluding of others’ wellbeing and development for that would not be in alignment with the Mother and with Love.
When SK speaks to us of intention, he wishes to speak to us of intention on every single level — our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies.
How are we holding, projecting, anchoring intention within our emotional body and within our mental body?
We cannot anchor what we intend to bring forth — what the intention of our life is, our service, our pleasure, our joy — if we are holding contradictory thoughts.
The Law of Intent means that our mental body, thoughts, feelings, and emotional body are coming into alignment with Divine Thought, Mind, Will, Heart.
Consistency, congruency, and constancy
Sanat Kumara says:
“There has to be consistency and congruence. There has to be constancy.
“Yes, I Am One, as your Planetary Logos, as Keeper of Universal Law, I will speak in absolutes because the Law Is. It does not have variation.”
He says we cannot say,
“Well, I will accept a little bit of this, and a little bit of that.
“It does not work this way, and that is what humanity is working on and that is what we are creating and altering in the reality of the human experience, the human condition, the experience.”
The creation work of humanity has been manipulated and convenient.
It has been intent by ego rather than intent by Love, and we have learned, experienced, and been broken-hearted because we see that that does not work.
SK says:
“It does not even begin to work. It does not even begin to serve.
“So now I speak to you and I ask you – the vision of your sacred purpose, is it in alignment with the totality of Who You Are?
“Every thought, every action, every friendship, every collegial association? How do you behave?
“What are your relationships like?
“What does your action reflect?
“What does your behaviour reflect?
“Is it in complete alignment with your intentions for what you wish to achieve, what you wish to experience, and what you have agreed to do?”
SK says if it is not in that alignment, we are out of balance.
Ego is not the place of centredness, of balance
Is this cause for alarm being out of balance?
No, it is cause for simple correction to bring ourself back to the place of centeredness.
There are many of us who have avoided being centered and balanced.
We have equated being centered, balanced, and in alignment with being boring, that we want to be unique and different, perhaps a little quirky.
SK says, “That is ego.”
How we express the beauty, excitement, uniqueness of Who We Really Are — which is much grander than any ego thought — how we express this is by being in the center.
Being in the core of our sacred self, being the reflection of Who We Really Are, is not some fantasy that changes week to week, year to year.
There is nothing more magnificent and grand than the expression of our truth.
It is far greater than any costume or job or persona that we can adopt.
This centeredness begins to give us the insight to operate and create in ways that we desire.
We cannot create when we are out of balance, in fear, angst, anger, disappointment, despair, lack, or thinking that we are in control.
Intent and joyous alignment
SK asks us these questions:
“What is the intent that you had prior to coming, and what is your intent right now, in terms of your progression through Ascension?
“What is it your soul demands of you?
“What is the heartfelt request that your Universal Self is making of you?”
From this, we begin to feel the alignment into our actions, behaviours, wishes, dreams, creations.
If we do not know the truth of our intentions, if we do not know our sacred purpose, how do we proceed?
He says we are wandering around in the dark if we do not
Our sacred intent is one of the most joyous discoveries of our life.
There are many layers and facets to this, to build upon in co-creation with our guidance and other Divine Assistance.
Intention is the beginning of creation
Embedded within intention is inspiration and imagination.
It also includes, not simply an idea, but the actions, behaviours, and heart’s desires that are congruent.
If we have the intention that we wish to send healing, and we imagine that light and Love travelling out at the speed of Love, we are in alignment. We are expressing our intent.
We have already begun to implement the actions, but inside of that is also the implementation of the intention, so we are starting to bring it to fruition.
Intent, ideas, imagination, infusion
Intent, ideas, imagination, infusion — the ‘i group’ — all of these are part of intent.
Intent is our starting point, and once we have established the intimate relationship with our sacred purpose, we hold intent.
It isn’t something that we do for ten minutes a day, but we may take ten minutes at the start of our day to anchor the clarity of intent.
Intention for our day
Intention for our week
Intention for our behaviour
Intention for what we choose to receive throughout the day
How we wish to interact with others
The inspiration we wish to receive
We set the intent but we carry that around like an amulet around our neck, all day long, each, and every day.
Intent is embedded deep within us
We have carried our intention for this and every lifetime for eons, so it is already embedded deep within us.
It is simply bringing it into our conscious reality and our everyday activity.
It is about bringing it into our world, and letting it be reflected by the Divine Qualities because the expression of intent — our intent which is part of Divine Intent — is never cruel, unfair, or unkind.
Celebrate the victories
A great deal of the work of transformation that is taking place upon this planet is not seen. It is invisible (and another word in the ‘i group’).
Transformation work is difficult because it is an act of trust and faith.
When we note a shift, a change – often subtle but sometimes very obvious – SK is asking us is to celebrate those victories of the unseen and invisible.
He says we do not take enough credit for the work we do, so this is part of the difficulty.
We think, “I work and work and work, I send, I send, I send, and where is my proof?”
The proof is there for us to witness such as changes in attitude, behaviours, even nation states becoming more compassionate and open.
When we see we are to say to ourself, “I did that.”
He encourages us to take the credit, to celebrate – not in an ego sense — but in the sense of a job well done.
Our unseen friends are asking us to do this.
We are not in control
When we send the energy, and it doesn’t matter whether it is to heal a broken body, a broken heart, or a shattered nation, we also have to realize that there is the ability to reject it on the part of the recipient, for us to realize we are not in complete control.
We are a contributor not a controller and that there is a Divine Plan of Unfoldment.
Every person, whether it is an individual in hospital, an individual who is a head of state, an individual who believes themselves to be in dire straits, they all are in a situation where they are in desperate need to receive, but if their hearts in that moment say, “No” then that is accepted.
It is the free will that will never be interfered with.
What happens when we don’t see results?
There are two things that happen.
The energy that we send, the energy of Love and healing, is never wasted.
That is one of the new rules of the Law of Intent.
If our intent is to send healing energy, then that is what happens.
It goes to others, plural, who are praying for healing, so they receive the answer to the prayer that they have been making, to the plea that they have sent out.
The other thing that happens is that that energy — think of it as the sun —the rays of the sun are going out and healing.
The sun is standing at the doorway of that individual that we have sent to, and many on the other side add their sun, and eventually what happens is the power is so strong it breaks down and melts that wall of resistance.
So don’t think that because we do not see the immediate results that it is not having its effect.
It is.
Love is speeding up
The speed of which energy is traveling, the unfoldment of the Plan of the Mother, of us, of our Ascension, of Love is speeding up.
Things that in previous times may have taken decades, we are going to see occur rather rapidly.
Things that have been in the works for decades or even hundreds of years are coming to completion and fruition.
We are not to stop with our intent, thinking, “Well I have been doing this, and it has not been working” because we are also here to understand: the intent, our intent is what we do.
So if our intent is to send the energy then we do it because that is our intent.
Our intent is not formulated on the outcome.
The outcome is the feeling in our heart of knowing that we have done exactly what you had agreed to do.
Eliminating the false grid of lack of self worth
When we align ourself with the sacred Universal Law of Intent, and ask that everything we do, think, feel, believe, be in alignment with that sacred Law of Intent, of which our intent is part, then we keep to that practice daily, hourly, it will eliminate feelings of lack.
What happens is we become more anchored and enmeshed in the fibre of truth because the Laws are the Truth of God.
We cannot be in the truth and hold a belief system that is not in alignment with truth.
Lack of self worth is not in alignment with any truth. It is part of the old.
The intent of being drunk — and it doesn’t matter whether it is alcohol or drugs or ego, because they are all the same; they are variations on a theme — when we are using an excess of alcohol, or drugs, we are trying to escape from our intention and from our sacred purpose.
We are depressing ourself. We are repressing the truth of Who We Are.
So while there is this ego statement of, “I am in the process of discovering myself. I am allowing the artist, the philosopher within to explore themselves,” in fact what we are doing is we are putting ourself — and this is true for all ages — we are putting ourself in a position where we are limiting our scope, imagination, and inspiration.
We are shutting ourself down. We are shrinking ourself.
Finding the balance
How do we reach a place where we are finding and enjoying the experience of life and not engaging in behaviours that are basically self-defeating?
It is a matter of finding the balance and the middle way.
It is not suggested that we never imbibe a beer or a glass of wine, but it is a matter of finding the middle way.
(We can invoke the Law of Transmutation when we are sipping so that it is not giving us deleterious effects, as well.)
We want to enjoy and to celebrate the experience of life.
Do we want to proceed in a drunken haze where we don’t remember and we aren’t really having fun because we feel sick the next day?
Or are we proceeding in a way that we are partaking of the fun, the friendships, the new ideas, but it is in a way that is serving us and therefore serving every person?
In the balance we are the leader
instead of the follower.
Proceed with ideas that bring joy
If what we are doing is not bringing us excitement, not giving us that sense of deep fulfillment, then it simply is not part of our intent for this portion of our journey.
Do not proceed until it is in alignment with what we really want to do.
(It may be a past intent or it may be a future intent for part of our journey.)
If the joy is not there, if the excitement is not there, if the desire to create the space to do this in a way that is enriching, not only monetarily, but to our very soul, then it is not a green light.
Looking at intent as a tree with many branches, leaves, and twigs
We can think of our sacred purpose as the trunk and roots of a tree.
Our primary intention is in the trunk of the tree.
Our branches can be brought into alignment with our larger intent so our intent, our primary intent and understanding, is anchored.
We can work on breaking down the levels and the branches of the intent.
Here’s an example for one with a service to offer:
Intend the perfect physical setup, location, nest, facility in which to offer services.
Intend that helpful, cooperative, collegial people are available to assist in this.
Intend that the flow of individuals who will benefit from our particular talents will be stepping forward.
We work on breaking down the levels, the branches of the intent, so we can go to our tree, and pick and enjoy the fruit of our labours.
Intent to let abundance flow clearly
Intent to let abundance flow clearly is in the breakdown of the various branches.
It is that the abundance is there to pay each and every bill, every commitment, and that there is so much left over that every dream, every desire, is fulfilled.
Staying in the intent we do not allow the lack or limitation issues to intrude.
When the tree is thirsty, and there hasn’t been rain for several days or weeks, it puts its roots deep into Gaia.
Put our roots deep into Gaia and draw up the moisture, the minerals, the richness that are there for us to call upon.
The tree does not forget that All Is There otherwise it would wither and die.
We put our roots down, anchor firmly, and pull it up.
Then we go to the top of our tree and receive from the Great Central Sun, and the Heart of the Mother, what we want.
Intend. Open. Receive,
remembering to always share.
When we give something away
what do we open our hearts to receive?
That is the balance.
Fear
Fear is the twin of anger.
We tend to get afraid and angry when things don’t materialize or manifest.
Fear can freeze us in place, then its cousin, doubt, knots our heart.
Mostly fear is not about truth.
It is about illusion and ego and ego likes to stay in control.
Our ego can run rampant when we allow it and it brings us every excuse under the rainbow about what won’t work, what we’re not capable of, and what we can’t accomplish.
Laughter dispels the fear
and brings us into the Now.
Asking for Divine Help we cut all the ties that bind — all the ties — because they limit us, and we were never intended to be limited.
We can make our primary intention in alignment by invoking the sacred Law of Intent:
I invoke the Universal Law of Intent that all fear,
all limitation, all feelings of inadequacy
be eliminated right Now.
Cutting away the illusions of fear
Human laws are fashioned on the Laws of the Universe.
Have they become bastardized?
Yes, but the original intent of human law — of fairness, of equality, of freedom to create — was based on Universal Law.
The elements of the Divine Law are in human law so for any human to suggest that Universal Law does not exist is simply denial.
We are here to be brave, outspoken, and to celebrate creation
Each of us have unique expressions of our personal miracle.
In our hearts is a smile for adventure, a desire and wish, for that is part of the unfoldment, evolution and ongoing creation of All.
Our expression of Divinity has never been limited; the false grids of humanity have been heavy.
The illusions have been thick but our hearts are open to create our heart’s desire.
Starting with ourself, intent is the feeling of the heart, transmitted throughout time and space the wavelengths of the grid.
It may be a prayer and it may be a whoop. It may be a cry of joy or a cry for help. It is all the same and it is all heard.
Dream big — we are magnificent.
