Archangel Michael stated an important key to our golden Ascension in my first reading with him November 29th, 2011, when he mentioned the phrase, ‘listen with your heart.’
When I said something about this to my mother, she immediately said, “My heart doesn’t listen!”
Now, years later, that focus on the heart chakra, understanding the balance within the tri-flame of the Blue Energy of the Divine Mother, the pink of the self with our silver spark of truth in the centre, and the Yellow Gold Power of the Father, is a way to stay in the centre, and not wobble off our path.
Before we incarnated we intended to be the truth of Love—we all do—but the journey on Earth can have many twists and turns, and we are mostly not taught to contemplate our heart center.
Meditation is often about controlling thoughts, and focusing on opening the 3rd eye. Well, that can imbalance us.
The Council of Love information is very heart-centered. Meditations start with breathing colour. One of my favourites is with the emerald green of the heart chakra:
breathe in, pause, breathe out, and drop into the heart space in imagination to sit under the Bodhi tree with the Buddha, to be still, to listen, to know non-judgment, compassion, especially for self and family.
St. Bernadette taught us prudence, where the focus is just below the heart chakra, the sternum chakra, and just above, the high heart chakra.
The sternum chakra is blues and greens, the Mother Energy, the Healing of asking for forgiveness, and apology, and her Love, her non-judgement, while the high heart is the pinks and golden yellow of our Universal Self and the Father’s Value of us, that knowing of our worth, able to be gratitude for everything.
As our understandings grow, we easily fall into the heart, into the deeper understanding of the tri-flame:
no tension, just LOVE between the feminine energy of peace, hope, trust, and freedom, and the masculine, that golden joy, grateful for purpose, and the pink and the silver of our truth in the center that we are Love, Loved, and Lovable.
There are 12 dimensions, or classrooms, all around us, that we can etherically access as we evolve. Everyone is naturally in and out of the classrooms of the dimensions, and in and out of the some of the 12 levels within each dimension.
Having a basic understanding of the 12 dimensions, the Mother’s Blessings and Virtues, Universal Law, and of the focus on the heart chakra, helps keep us on the path of our sacred purpose—our freedom, our joy, knowing our value—that energy and that power.
Knowing to quietly listen with our hearts,
we are much less likely to veer off our sacred journey,
more likely to be at peace in Divine Alignment
with Source, with self-mastery, with Gaia.
