Working with our tri-flame
in our heart chakra,
is a way to centre
and balance
ourselves.

Take a breath of
the colour emerald
and pause a moment,
then on the out-breath,
drop down into the heart chakra.

First to sense our tri-flame,
the equality of the 3 flames,
the pink in the middle,
the blue on one side,
and the golden yellow on the other
––how they dance Eternally together.

Then to focus on our silver Divine Spark
at the base of the pink,
to expand that energy
and to listen for the TRUTH,
that knowing with clarity What Is,
with whatever we are working on . . .
to breathe that silver with tinges of pink and lilac.

Then to expand the pink, the knowing of our wholeness, our perfection—the Mother does not birth anything less than perfection—how cherished we are, our grace.

Then to expand the blue, the knowing, in this time of Karmic Dispensation, that we can request that all karmic debt that is owed to us, and that we owe and have incurred, be forgiven, erased. This is the Mother’s Healing, her gift of FREEDOM, her Love for us so we are self-LOVE.

Then to expand the gold flame, the knowing of our self-worth and the action to take from this expanded state of being. Gold is our power—our gratitude for self and each other, our humility, our Divine Alignment, our balance within—-our JOY!

Then to braid our flames into ONE connecting above to Source and below to Gaia, in the center of the planet.

Working with our flames in this way, all old unloving thoughts and feelings dissolve . . .
