Consistent daily meditation is a way to uncover, discover sacred purpose, in that heart space communication. . . and below is another way.

In my outer world an email from TELUS, one of Canada’s telecommunications providers, came with a message about online bullying awareness.

I discovered that TELUS is in partnership with over 7,000 Canadian schools helping provide access to the “We Rise Above” campaign and curriculum, an initiative to help teachers educate students on how to deal with cyberbullying.

As I dug deeper into this up came the story of a teen suicide, and a Mom who has traveled the world raising awareness of what happened to her daughter, Amanda Todd.

Within this post, ‘Our people are dying. . .’  is a candid look at Canada’s Vancouver Downtown Eastside, considered “the epicentre of the country’s opioid crisis. . . the deadly toll of fentanyl. . . laced into street drugs.”

“British Columbia has seen the highest drug-related deaths in the country.

“Last year alone, more than 4,500 Canadians died from opioid deaths.

“That’s one death every two hours.

“In the four years since the 2015 [federal] election, nearly 13,000 people have died of opioid overdoses.”

As I gaze at the video in the article I see many of our Indigenous brothers and sisters in the throes of extreme addiction, often brought on by family patterns of childhood trauma, harkening back to Canada’s Residential School era, and before that.

Recently, Sanat Kumara, Keeper of Universal Law, became Universal Logos, as well as still being our Planetary Logos.

His magnificent expansion means greater expansion and increased frequency for all of us, too.

But what happens with greater vibratory expansion and increased frequency?

What I’m finding in meditation is greater clarity.

The clarity to truly anchor in the Divine Ways of Being to help create a planet of peace, connecting through my heart to the Mother/Father One, knowing I Am Love and Worth.

I can see with the expanded clarity what I unconsciously, subconsciously created from those little phrases from childhood challenges.

“I’m not approved of,” “I’m never enough,” “This is hopeless” created situations not of love within my self and without.

But seeing that, in the greater expansion, I can also go deeper into forgiveness of self, compassion, and gratitude for the lessons.

I want to help lift up my disenfranchised self within, therefore those without, to help create a balanced society on this amazing planet.

Recently, a post has gone viral of a lady, Emily Zamourka, singing in the LA metro.

As soon as I read it I thought of C.A. Jordan whom I met at the 2016 Council of Love conference in Sedona.

C.A. is a classically trained opera singer and lightworker extraordinaire.

Did C.A.’s consistent amazing beautiful singing — in the interconnectedness of everything — help raise up this woman?

When I messaged C.A. about this, she said the aria posted of Emily singing was the first opera aria she had learned.

Our conscious awareness of lifting up our most disenfranchised can work in the most miraculous of ways!

I remember St. Germaine asking us on Heavenly Blessings radio show to consciously clean; for example, when we do the laundry to see our selves cleaning up the world!

I would say that C.A.’s conscious singing has helped bring our awareness to Emily and to clean up the homeless issue.
