Universal Mother Mary paid me a visit through my granddaughter . . . we drank tea together.
She stared at me . . . it was out of this world . . .
And the next day I found myself looking at self-worth.
During the 2014 Council of Love Conference with Linda Dillon I got the message from Her that I was to look at my ‘value.’
But back to the night before, here She was with me, sitting across from me, calmly drinking tea.
I wasn’t fully aware until the next day. I just got the sense that something really beautiful was happening—the long looks into each other’s eyes—and my grandchild liking my herbal tea.
She had shown no interest before!
(It was a good batch, too. I like mixing up dried herbs, creating concoctions—licorice root, camomile, bilberry, rose petals.)
The next day—and this is how I really knew it was the Mother visiting—my grandchild absolutely had no interest in tea!

Early the next morning, I started seeing the past . . .
Years ago I gave a chair to a friend who had a son. The son broke the chair.
I remember seeing the chair all broken—it was wooden. I had put some effort into it, painting it—in a pile of garbage.
The feelings . . . that aching, disturbing wonder . . .
Why am I seeing this chair now?
I googled and see a chair can symbolize our value.
I want to face into these disturbing feelings—why have they come up now?
So, I breathe them in and allow them to balance in my mind.
Then in acceptance I let out my breath and drop them down to my spinning golden solar plexus, then lower to my umbilical, my belly button—I spin them out, I give them away!
I come back to my heart in gratitude.
I feel myself not judging the situation with the chair, standing back from the image.
The old feelings gone.

We are made up of stardust—Love, peace, joy—all the old uncomfortable human feelings are not real.
But how many situations are still lurking for us to receive, allow, accept, give away and be gratitude?
Sanat Kumara gave us a mantra in the Law of Give and Receive:
“I receive, I allow, I accept, I give, I Am Gratitude”
Albert Einstein recommends we be like a scientist and get curious.
Images with the associated old feelings hold clues to where we are limiting ourselves.
I have found when I face into the feelings with no fear, they dissolve—I feel gratitude that they are gone.
Doing this, the gratitude builds and builds daily, and for everything!
With a practice of lots of gratitude and no fear to face into the past, there is no re-creation of the past in the present.
The definition of joy from the Council of Love is to be fully thankful, grateful and One with the gift of life purpose and spirit (our Universal Self), a reflection of the perfection of the creation of self and All, to live in and remain with the heart for All Time.

In the Council of Love information is a meditation where Archangel Gabrielle carries us individually, as a small child, up a Golden Ascension Spiral.
Gold is the colour of joy, of gratitude, of Divine Alignment, of balance, of the Father, of creation, of our value, of our self-worth.
Self-worth increases with the remembrance of Who We Truly Are—we fly to Source, the Love, with Gabrielle—with no fear.
We fly, we heal, as we remember we are the Love, the stardust.
Archangel Raphael tells we are “wounded and healed.”
Archangel Gabrielle, in 2013, sparkled up the etheric Golden Grid around the planet.
And we have our own golden grid around us that we can check everyday to make sure it is bright—every relationship—swiftly cleaning up within where we are not in sync with Who We Are and everyone—the Love, peace and joy!
Golden Spirals and Grids—working with the gold, our daily gratitude for everything increases our frequency so we are joy—a reflection of the perfection of the creation of self and All.
