How do I feel when I get sick?
Uncomfortable physical pain, hot and cold. . .
With a severe illness the physical pain can be intense.
I feel physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually not in right alignment.
In the higher realms there is no physical illness.
Is there a connection between lack of forgiveness and illness?
What is pain? I feel afraid if I’m in pain.
Do we manifest pain so we will wonder, “Why?” and then ask ourselves, “How is this pain connected to the past?” to help us overcome our fear?
F E A R — False Expectations About Reality
What am I afraid of?
Am I afraid that I’m a disappointment?
Am I afraid that God is punishing?
The hardest thing I’ve ever done is look within and forgive myself for what I saw and then reach out, explain, and give and ask for apologies.
Compassion is non-judgement, especially when we understand and see
the reflections — the outer life situations — of our life choices.
Self-compassion is kindness to self, value of self, self-worth.
My inner value, my self-worth creates my outer situations just as the Universal Law of Balance states: as within so without.
The courage to let go and forgive our selves for the old ways within, creates the New without, societies that operate based on kindness.
I have often wondered why there is so much drama, from personal to global.
When I look within to see how I am treating my self, I see that reflection in the without.
The false grid of limitation is the entrenched belief in separation.
Separation is anxiety that we are not connected to God, that we are separate from the Divine, that God is punishing, that we are limited.
Separation anxiety is caused by trauma and can manifest in many ways from depression to addiction.
How often have we felt manipulated by another or been the manipulator, consciously, unconsciously, subconsciously?
Why do we do this?
What is manipulation at its core but fear — “being right” — that we’re not loved enough or worthy enough.
As one who has never studied the Bible or gone to church, I’m curious about the word, ‘sin.’
With that said, I’ve come to see the guilt I feel for the unexpressed or expressed hatred for my own physical mother or the feminine, and physical father or the masculine, can be ‘sin.’
We mostly all experience some form of trauma due to our physical mother, feminine energy and/or our father, masculine energy.
Forgiveness is forgiving our selves for expressing and/or not expressing the hatred, limitation, anxiety, control, guilt. . .
In the interconnectedness of everything we are One, we are Love.
But what does that mean?
How do we do everything with LOVE?
Can every thought and every action, everything be done with LOVE?
On February 2, 2015, Archangel Michael, through Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love, gave us a meditation called, Plea for Peace Now.
In it he asked us to co-create with him Peace on Earth, saying we can do this, all of us, together by Valentine’s Day.
He didn’t say which Valentine’s Day but the invitation stands:

I was curious about the Divine Plan and the logistics of ‘lifting up’ 7.7 billion people, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
This shift, our planetary Ascension, has been happening and is happening right now, 2019, with some of humanity embracing it with great enthusiasm, even a sense of humour, and is exemplified by the sharing of the wealth.
