As I reach the conclusion of this series, just like last year when the unexpected hatred reared its head, this year I find my self again at a new level.
I am one who has struggled with suicidal thoughts for much of my life.
If I perceive something is too much, too extreme for me to handle, I want to leave.
In the moments of drama and disarray, it feels as if there is no other way.
In the province of British Columbia statistics show, from 2006 to 2016, 5-600 people a year die from suicide (1), with more men than women choosing this way to leave. The desperation of ‘there appears to be no way out of this mess’ but to die is a reality for many.
This life I’m here to know, and to show there is a way out, and that way is looking in.
With forgiveness of everything, being compassionate comes more naturally — ability to observe everything with no attachment to outcome, and also to hold the highest vision, for self or another — and then from that place, gratitude for self or another, flows.
With forgiveness and compassion, it’s easier to be gratitude for all the lessons, especially those lessons from our toughest teachers.
With lack of forgiveness of self or others it’s difficult to maintain consistent compassion and gratitude in daily life.
In perfect Divine Alignment we are Love, trust, forgiveness, unity, connectedness, and balance.
We are the Holy Grail.
I’ve found forgiveness to be a frequency, something we can hold in the stillness of the heart — I Am Forgiveness — and also something we can extend, give to self/others.
With deep forgiveness there is miraculous healing.
The difficulty is in accessing what to forgive about our self.
Some of the feelings are so entrenched, so connected to fear, that it is impossible, without Divine Help to do the work.
Why do we blame?
Why do we feel the need to “be right” and not forgive one another for situations that are uncomfortable for us?
We create all kinds of disarray from illness within to war without with this behaviour.
How do I feel when I get sick?
Uncomfortable physical pain, hot and cold. . .
With a severe illness the physical pain can be intense.
I feel physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually not in right alignment.
In the higher realms there is no physical illness.
Is there a connection between lack of forgiveness and illness?
What is pain? I feel afraid if I’m in pain.
Do we manifest pain so we will wonder, “Why?” and then ask ourselves, “How is this pain connected to the past?” to help us overcome our fear?

What am I afraid of?
Am I afraid that I’m a disappointment?
Am I afraid that God is punishing?
The hardest thing I’ve ever done is look within and forgive myself for what I saw and then reach out, explain, and give and ask for apologies.
Compassion is non-judgement, especially when we understand and see
the reflections — the outer life situations — of our life choices.
Self-compassion is kindness to self, value of self, self-worth.
My inner value, my self-worth creates my outer situations just as the Universal Law of Balance states: as within so without.
The courage to let go and forgive our selves for the old ways within, creates the New without, societies that operate based on kindness.
I have often wondered why there is so much drama, from personal to global.
When I look within to see how I am treating my self, I see that reflection in the without.
