We are truly mastering why we are here Now.

Triggering situations (in the present) are always connected to the past, usually going back to early years when the brain was a sponge to the old repeated family belief systems, 0 – 9ish years.

Allowance/forgiveness of caregivers and siblings, compassion – that non-judgement of everything and acceptance/gratitude for self/others for the courage to be here at this time cleans up the past.

Everything comes back to self. Triggering situations in the without are usually a mirror of what to let go within for that deep forgiveness of self.
