Wearing face masks, like it or not, is a thing now.
Could there be deeper meaning for doing this?
As humans we tend to project emotions onto others from casual conversation to outright blaming.
Could the face masks be a subtle reminder to sit still and ask our guides for advice, to heart listen, to remember that answers can be found within.
We tend to forget to turn within.
The “mirrors” of situations without are often metaphors for what we are struggling with within, but we do not often contemplate these reflections of self, or even know to do this.

Growing up I wasn’t very good at communicating. I would get angry, yell, stomp off to my room, slam the door.
I certainly didn’t understand that “I’m not heard” is a thought pattern under anxiety.
I remember being worried, and wanting to explain things, but I didn’t know how to voice this in a balanced way.
If asked about things that were troubling I would tend to get mad or cry and escape. This was a pattern that lasted into my 40’s.
Now with face masks becoming mandatory, are they a reminder to quiet our selves, and ask for the deeper understandings around our old patterns of behaviour?
Changing “I’m not heard” to I Am Heard
divinely aligns mind, heart and will with
our guidance – I Am Love, I Am Worth.

Lately I have been contemplating Karmic Dispensation, forgiving my self on new levels, looking at the past with new eyes.
I Am Hope for the future, seeing relationships I have struggled with open a place within myself where there is balance and gratitude, seeing the courage it took for all of us to come and experience this Earth plane, the good, the bad and the ugly..
British Columbia’s provincial public health officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, says, “Be kind, be calm, be safe.”
Could a pandemic and the face masks
be part of the Divine Plan to bring us closer,
for great kindness to flourish, for all of us to get along,
to encourage us to look within for answers to create change?
