The false grid of limitation is the entrenched belief in separation.
Separation is anxiety that we are not connected to God, that we are separate from the Divine, that God is punishing, that we are limited.
Separation anxiety is caused by trauma and can manifest in many ways from depression to addiction.
We tend to reach for something outside of ourselves to relieve the anxiety because of how disconnected we feel from our fellow humans, from the Divine (even if we are not fully conscious of this).
What do we reach for?
We distract our selves with food, caffeine, TV, music, cigarettes, pharmaceutical pills, alcohol, marijuana. . . illegal drugs.
When we are anxious we rarely sit still to delve deep enough to get the truth of why we are feeling this way.
We would rather ‘numb out’ than to ask ourselves:
“How is this situation connected to the past, to our original trauma?” and “Why do I feel this way?”
If there is separation on the human level from physical trauma to death, we find in the heart there is no judgement or separation.
In the heart there is
forgiveness, compassion, and gratitude,
peace, Love, and joy
Divine Balance.
There is no limitation, no separation anxiety in the heart.
