When triggered, we can unconsciously sink into the drama of the situation, often for hours.
With conscious awareness of the false grids of bigotry, hatred, limitation, control and our core issues of sorrow, shame, anger/fear, there is no need for lengthy processing.
The false grid of anxiety, limitation,
what appears to be separation
from the Father
(our physical father),
“God is punishing”
coupled with fear
that we are not loved
by the Mother
(our physical mother)
creates addiction to pain
that can manifest
as emotional pain,
‘wanting to die’
or physical pain,
Part of our processing may include ‘feeling for healing’; for example, shedding tears of sorrow, shame or expressing anger/fear into a pillow without blame of another.
When we take responsibility for our feelings — feeling for healing without blaming anyone — forgive ourselves for not expressing and experiencing ourselves as Divine, are compassion for self and others (our physical father and mother), and are in gratitude for lessons learned, we balance within, therefore without.
Following ‘feeling for healing,’ we can ask questions to ascertain if there is work to do to centre, to balance.
“Am I forgiveness of self/other(s)/the situation? Have I forgiven everything?
“Am I being compassion for self/other(s)/the situation?
“Am I in gratitude for the life lessons?”
Forgiveness, compassion and gratitude — peace, Love and joy — are qualities of heart consciousness, of centredness, of Nova Being that create our Nova Earth.
Returning to centre when triggered,
forgiveness for not expressing
and experiencing our self as Divine,
PEACE, LOVE, JOY, GRATITUDE
for the Mother, our self
and the Father
is a practise.
Balance is a way of being.
