Hi there,

In this Home to the Heart Book Club, August 17th, 2026, The Divine Mother’s Guidebook: Home to the Heart, How Things Work in the Higher Realms (available on Amazon) with Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love, we continue the information embedded in the umbilical chakra, specifically the Mother’s Law of Change Meditation, pages 260-265.

The Mother reminds us we are always in constant movement—that is the Law of Change—and we have the ability to be in stillness and go to the stillpoint to let go of what doesn’t serve us and to create what does!

Even if we take the brief hiatus  on the stillpoint—that 17 seconds—we are still in the movement  because the energy  of the Universe continues to move.

Change moves with us,  through us, around us. Our blood does not stop flowing. Our heart does not stop beating, and the Mother wishes to be very clear with us: this change of our breath, of our heart beating, of our blood flowing— this is her Gift  of Infinite Eternal  Expansion.

The Law of Change Meditation

We begin breathing the Mother’s Blue Diamonds knowing it is an entire ray, lightest blue to darkest blue, breathing in relaxing, making sure we are comfortable, then on an out-breath dropping down into our heart space and flying through the pinprick of light in the center, or at the base of our Valentine heart, top of the solar plexus, into our golden temple in behind our heart chakra.

Finding a place to sit down remembering the key is balance.

She asks us to choose 1, 2, or 3 things we would like to change right now, not in the future or from the past—right now—and it can be physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.

She says, “Maybe it’s  a recurring thought pattern  or an emotion  of never feeling  quite good enough. Maybe you would like  to change and improve  your health,  but it’s unique to you,  and it’s in this current time.”

This meditation is important for releasing what doesn’t work, and hasn’t worked for thousands of years, and it is also a way to birth our heart’s desires, direct from the Mother Herself.
