In this Home to the Heart Book Club, September 14th, 2026, The Divine Mother’s Guidebook: Home to the Heart, How Things Work in the Higher Realms (available on Amazon) with Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love, we continue the blessing and virtue of joy with Archangel Gabrielle, pages 294-298.

Archangel Gabrielle says we do not need to claim our joy, but that it does need to be BUILT upon because we are the wayshowers, the pathfinders, the teachers, the healers, the channels, and we cannot do that if we are stuck in depression and doldrum.

She says the antidote for depression, or clearing, or doldrums is a very generous dose of joy—of laughter, of gratitude—the ability to bless everything.

Archangel Gabrielle tells us joy is the Golden Elixir that expands and heals all parts of our body and all parts of our bodies—our sacred field, and that it is the stillpoint—the admiration, the respect, the gratitude, the LOVE––between masculine and feminine.

It is All.

It does not pick and choose. Joy is free and abundant to All.

She wants us to fly, to ascend, to rise from the ashes of the old 3rd . . .

Joy is the truth of Who We Are, the core that burns brightly.

And when we are not in joy, when we feel we have stepped outside of that reality—and it is the reality, the core, the mirror of Who We Are—to ask ourselves, “Why?”

Archangel Gabrielle says we are powerful creators but our creations cannot stick if we do not stay in the heart of JOY—in the gratitude, in the laughter—blessing everything . . .

She says to practice 15 minutes of joy everyday, a bubble bath, looking at old photos, or beautiful pictures, to do something that brings us JOY, and that doing this it will sustain us for the entire day.

We did not come on this journey to not be in our JOY. We are here on Earth to remember the truth, that in that truth of our being, is the joy.

She tells us we are here to lift everyone up, to be in community together, to heal individuals who are struggling, to restore balance, rightness, joy.

Joy is contagious! It is a strong viral energy, and it moves at lightning speed, but to acknowledge our right for joy.

And also to know there are times when the greatest gift is saying,

“We are not in joy; we are not creating and co-creating.”

“This is not for our highest good. I Love you. I bless you and I release you to your joy, to find your joy because obviously I am not giving it to you.”

“I am not the catalyst for your joy and you are not the catalyst for mine, so let us create distance so we can breathe, and rediscover that joy and support each other either actually or from a very far distance in that rediscovery of joy.”

Archangel Gabrielle says to think of the joy, as the flame that burns away fear or mistrust or lack.

When we are laughing and grateful, the old belief systems cannot co-exist with joy.

We are clearing and dealing with old issues or debris for millions because we are claiming our JOY!

And Gaia is in joy! She is singing to the planets in her galaxy!

She is shining brightly! Gaia’s joy, and the joy of the kingdoms, of the divas, of the mountains, of the trees, is contagious, as well.

We are here to dance and touch nature and to let that joy be communicated to our very core, to let it act as a catalyst, as an expander. Gaia is waiting for us.
