Here is the Buddha, through Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love:“. . . to silence the mind and simply be in the heart is a discipline, a practice so when you find yourself in that wheel of confusion, come, come and sit with me under the Bodhi Tree where we can empty your mind and your heart, and simply sit together in the wonderness of All, and when the time is right, we will stand up and venture forth to share the knowing of nothing with the rest of humanity.”
Compassion grows when we practice it daily, doing our inner work of self-forgiveness, compassion, that non-judgment with every breath, every thought, making it a habit. Doing this consistently—not judging ourselves/others—calls out the Divinity in everyone to rise up so we are in Loving action with each other, all ego stances, defensiveness diminished.
The Buddha reminds us we are here to support each other with true heart conversations, from a state of self-forgiveness (for this life and past lifetimes, knowing we have played every role–good, bad, ugly). With compassion, and that forgiveness of self/others, we heal for the creation of peace on Gaia.
So many in the higher realms are very present to help us through this transition. They want us to call upon them—especially the Mother, our guides, the Buddha, the Ascended Masters, the angels—encouraging us to remember how compassion works . . .
Feel the energy of the higher realms, so close, helping us remember Who We Truly Are.
The Buddha gives us his Heart of Compassion to draw upon.
