The talent shows on TV have created space for us to enjoy the brilliance and artistry of beings from all walks of life.
2020 has been a year of transformation on so many levels, even at Britain’s Got Talent:
SOS from the Kids on Saving the Planet
“This is an SOS from the kids. We can do better than this. . .”
Simon Cowell: “Kids rule the world right now. You are exactly what I was hoping we would find this year.”
The House of Swag on Positive Mental Health
The House of Swag Kids shine the spotlight on positive mental health with hope that together we can make a change.
A member of the group says, “We promote positive mental health through performance arts. This is such a big topic everybody in the group has been touched by it. You could be so down in the dumps, and other days you could be so happy, and it’s so hard to talk about it but dancing about it makes everything so much easier.”
Sign Along With Us
Simon Cowell on Britain’s Got Talent transformation:
“I have to confess I have a friend of mine in this choir. Ella, I remember you at the Pride of Britain. I heard Ella sing, and I said I have a feeling one day you are going to be auditioning on one of our shows, and guess what? You’re here!
“You are singing, This Is Me, and I’m thinking You Are Us because you define what this show should be all about.“
