Repeating the Hawaiian forgiveness mantra, Ho’oponopono, is a way to come to understand the role worthiness plays in our world.
Generally, everything we see and hear, to every person we meet, we perceive as “out there.”
Rarely do we get that we have had a hand in creating everything.
It is even more rare that we take responsibility for it.
Reciting the Ho’oponopono mantra is a way to understand, and be that core responsibility, our innate essence of Love and worth, balance.
Saying ‘I Am Love and Worth’ sends a powerful message that we are mighty beings capable of coming to balance within, therefore creating that without.

Recently, I received an email from someone in pain.
As I sat with this, I began sending Love, which quickly morphed into a version of Ho’oponopono:
I’m so sorry
Forgive me for my contribution to your pain
I Love You
Thank you for being here
We are One
I’m learning that part of the healing of the suffering of humanity is taking responsibility for each of us as individuals, and as a group – that We Are One.
Saying “Forgive me” I forgive myself, and I ask for your forgiveness, for my contribution to your suffering, therefore all suffering.
We have each contributed to the pain here on Earth — past lives and this life — and being that forgiveness of self/others without judgement is a way to help create global peace.

We heal individually, and as a group, knowing the balance of peace and Love — the patterning of the Universe, of the Mother and the Father — equal peace and Love for the feminine and masculine energies within helps create healing, peace and Love in gratitude/joy on Earth, for our without.
The Universal Law of As Within So Without reminds us of our core responsibility — self-Love and self-worth — the Love and forgiveness, therefore peace.
All there is is Love and peace.
I am learning to practise mantras in this balance:
I Am Love and Forgiveness
I Am Love and Gratitude
I Am Love and Worth
I Am Love and Peace
. . . allowing the old issues to rise, the deep old subconscious thought patterns to be seen from this life and past lives, to be forgiven knowing my worthiness, to be Loved in gratitude for the lessons, whatever they are.
Doing this I contribute to the elimination of the suffering
knowing our core essence is self-Love and self-worth,
forgiveness, worthiness, gratitude, Love and peace.
