An Everyday Exercise with Archangel Michael
(information from Linda Dillon,
channel for the Council of Love)
Anchored in my heart
I call Archangel Michael
with his Blue Flame of Truth (1)
to burn away doubt, denial,
limitation everyday.
I allow the Blue Flame
to expand & consume me.
I Am the Blue Flame.
I become like a sponge
allowing my Infinite potential
from throughout the Universe,
the multiverse, the ominverse
& the Source
to fill me.
I feel a sense of expansion. . .
Anchored in my heart center, I ask:
“Today, Michael,
what is the Expression
of My Infinite Potential?”
Michael says
it will be different each day
because we do different things each day,
that that is an Expression
of Our Infinite Potential.
And he says:
— and this is where the key lies —
even if it seems outrageous
or too benignly simple,
to please do
what he asks us
to do.
We are learning to trust our guidance.
This everyday exercise leads to
greater understanding of
sacred purpose.

Today, with Michael, I Am the Loving Witness of old uncomfortable feelings:
the Observer in the stillness with the Father, the Golden Flame in my TRI-FLAME.
The Golden Flame is for burning away
discouragement — transmuting the old feelings
to golden GRATITUDE/BALANCE/JOY
for all my lessons, experiences
in the balance
of forGIVE &
RECEIVE.
I Stop
& Drop
into my heart
I RECEIVE
the wisdom
of my TRI-FLAME:
nurturing, understanding,
FORGIVENESS/PEACE, LOVE,
the Mother’s Blue Flame of Movement
Archangel Michael’s Blue Flame of Truth,
of my Infinite potential.
I Am Compassion,
Grace, Love & Worth
Pink Flame of SELF.
I Am the Love,
the GRATITUDE/JOY,
the Golden Flame of the Father
I see it is my sacred purpose
the GOLDEN JOY/GRATITUDE
to do this transmuting work.
I receive LOVE.
I AM LOVE.
I allow the knowing of my JOY.
I Am the Loving Witness of my old feelings.
I Am the Joy, the Gratitude for all my lessons.
