It has been a long journey for me in spirituality….
When I was a child I was always taken to church whenever my parents could but it was my grand mother who instilled a strong faith in me with her stories on how God is a loving father how he cares for us & blesses us in our time of need…..awed by the size of the Church…
The Priests, the teachers in school & in Church where we attended classes on religion… Everything was either good or was bad…
In the 50s & 60s we were so tuned to the facts by what we were taught stayed in our minds that everything bad done with proper knowledge was a sin & punishable in case of death either in purgatory or in hell… so it was in this environment that I grew up… till after going to a series of experiences to hell & back did I understand its true meaning…
On how prayers can even in our darkest hour to bring us light of hope….

Prayers are of different kinds…
You can pray for anyone in need of prayers….
From anywhere no need of going or to the Church or Chapel…
Your mind should be in peace…
You should sincere in your intentions to speak with God….
You must be able to concentrate and pray as if you are talking to a loving father who is listening to you telling him your problems….
That you get so engrossed in it that you can actually feel the presence move within you…

Prayer is nothing less than love…
Love has different forms of expression…
Depending on what the moment is…
Love of Parents, Father, Mother, Children not only in humans but it is more open & visible with all types of animals, birds, etc….
Everything in this world came from Love, lives for Love, & goes back in Love… But it was & is that we as the all knowing humans planted the seeds of greed, hate, anger, doubt, envy, lust, jealousy etc to suit our needs to submit others to our evil plan… Dominating….

What does a man get to gain the whole world for himself … But suffer the loss of his soul….
For we are dust & unto dust we will return… So it is the soul that is everlasting… For it is for our soul that we have to pray… not the human body…
So in many years as the process of my learning was going I started experiencing many types of visions of people… Crying… Asking for help… Which I did not understand…
At that time but later was that there are many people in this world who cannot pray for themselves…
So I took it upon that whenever I was if I had nothing I would say prayers in general making a list in my head and praying any part of the day…
And I found my heart would be lighter and happy after that…
