The Dalai Lama has the best laugh! His whole being exudes warmth and peace, a perfect balance. He acts and looks comfortable in, and with, himself. He just is, and I sense he wants and prays that we will be like this, too — with no worry — knowing all things are in Divine Order.
Without worry, he is compassion, and he entreats us to be compassion with him. We are all his brothers and sisters, all of us. He is everyone’s friend, and with everyone, he speaks his truth fervently, but with Love and compassion. He makes it look so easy!
He is fervent about how we can change. He knows there are issues we need to address — more values in our schools, more examples of right alignment in our leaders, more goodness, more kindness, more compassion everywhere — but he explains it to us with humour and thoughtfulness, entreating us to join with him in Divine Alignment.
In Vancouver, BC, there is a Dalai Lama Center for Peace and Education, established in 2005, that was inspired by the Dalai Lama’s vision for 21st century education. The school’s mission is to balance education of the mind and the heart (the Mother’s Movement and the Stillness of the Father) and in so doing we create a compassionate, peaceful, balanced world.
“The Center is a non-religious, non-political charitable organization governed by a Board of Trustees. We work to inform, inspire and engage the adults who care for and teach children in homes, schools and community learning environments. By sharing current research, scientific knowledge, resources and best practices related to social and emotional learning, the Center is a leading advocate for change in how we educate our children.”

Thank you, Dalai Lama. You are an inspiration, from your toes right up to the cloth you wear on your head when you get too warm! May we all be like you, all feelings of lack and limitation eliminated, no need of approval from others, emulating no doubt about Divine Right Alignment.
