This is a Law to use when we have transmuted old energy with understandings of forgiveness, compassion, gratitude, and are at a point of spiritual maturity, ready to eliminate repeated situations not of love with the associated feelings, belief systems, from a point of stillpoint, deep meditation in the heart.
When we are at that place, that beauty, that ability to bless everything, that stillness of non-judgement, elimination can happen. . .
