I have had a really sore shoulder for a month.
Asking, “How is this pain connected to the past?” has seen me come to deeper understanding of the blessing and virtue of grace, and what it is to be Gaian now.
My sorrow, “I’m a disappointment,” and the guilt of “I’ve done something wrong” are tied up in the pain in my shoulder.
From events in childhood, to past lives, untangling the old entrenched feelings is liberating!
As BC heads into a 2 week lock-down of “gatherings” — not restaurants or retail businesses — but social gatherings of any size with anyone outside of our immediate household, as well as indoor group physical activities, including yoga, spin, group fitness and dance classes, I contemplate the word, “lock-down.”
Does that word pertain to prisoners in jail?
But isn’t it also, metaphorically, what we do to ourselves with our shame and the guilt we hold onto, often unconsciously and subconsciously? We lock ourselves down. . .
We tie ourselves in knots that create muscle and joint pain.
As I release my old shame and the guilt, I have felt my shoulder release in small ways and big ways. I have felt my spine and neck click into alignment.
Everything is in Divine Order, the Mother’s Plan is brilliant, even the “lock-downs” for contemplation.
Her blessing and virtue of grace channeled through, Linda Dillon, helps us understand the importance of our Divine Connection and Alignment, that our Divine Spark contains grace, that we are grace.
Whole and perfect,
we are children of creation,
children of the Mother’s Heart, Her Being.

The Mother has birthed us
— “we are the birth of a new idea, a new form” —
an expression that we chose to reflect
Her Glory and Her Beauty,
our Love for Her.
Below is an excerpt from my post, Understanding and Knowing We Are Infinite Grace.
As lightworkers we have often found our paths to be very difficult, with much disarray.
Now is the Time, the opportunity, to demonstrate our understanding and knowing of Infinite Grace.
Forgiveness, Compassion, Gratitude = Grace
knowing Love of self (forgiveness of everything),
being non-judgemental (compassion for self/others),
the expression of our Love (gratitude for all life lessons)
our Infinite Grace, the balance of giving and receiving Love.
The Mother has given us in our hearts, in the blue, pink and gold flames of our tri-flames,
the blue diamond to heal,
the pink diamond to awaken,
and the gold diamond for action.
We are designed to receive the blessing of grace through our actions in the balance of give and receive to self/others.
The Mother says grace is being “playful, joyful, full of creation and creative, inspiration, ideas, and actions” and that with “Loving, kind, generous, charitable, humble, pure actions, even expressions of fortitude, of patience, of piety, we build reserves of grace.”
She says, “Peace comes through the gentle embrace and acceptance of the wonder of differences and eventually the celebration of those differences.”
The Dispensation of Grace
is removal of what we think,
that our ego, our history, our vasanas
have made us believe is our burden, our fears.
Now, we can be released from these very rapidly by invoking the Mother and Her Dispensation of Grace, being willing to understand and know Divine Alignment:
To face directly into our fears,
not run from our fears,
within/without.
With forgiveness, non-judgement, compassion, and gratitude, we can ask,
“How is this situation I’m being presented with, within/without, connected to the past?
“Can I forgive my self, others, everything, on behalf of humanity for our Ascension?”
She says we often like to engage in therapy, in counselling, but that was never meant to be “an end in itself.”
The Mother says, “This is where part of our healing modalities have gone awry.”
It is not about keeping the vasanas, the issues, the pain, the suffering, the hurt alive, it is about elimination.
To eliminate Now we can invoke the Universal Law of Instantaneous Transmission and Transformation as it correlates with grace.
Grace is a blessing of dispensation but the Mother says it is over and above the Gift of Karmic Dispensation.
When we invoke it is important for us to be willing to Divinely Align, to forgive everything with compassion, non-judgement, and be in gratitude for all the lessons.
In Divine Will there is no desire for pain, for lack.
Grace is Divine Alignment,
Who We Really Are,
Angels of Grace.
We can invoke the Infinite Grace
that is within and without, above and below.
I invoke the Mother
and Infinite Grace.
I open my crown, my heart,
allowing myself to be filled with pink,
with the gentlest, softest pink imaginable,
the power of the understanding and knowing of
forgiveness, compassion, non-judgement of everything,
and gratitude for all the lessons, within/without,
filling every corridor of my being,
every fibre, every cell,
knowing
I Am Grace.
