Our shame can lock with the entrenched belief of control, the guilt we feel about past events.
The stigma — how we feel about perceived inner and outer situations — limits our forward movement, our freedom.
When we can be and know Who We Truly Are, without shame and the control of guilt, we set our selves free.
Shame is thinking and feeling “I’m a disappointment” and the control from guilt is thinking “I’ve done something wrong.”
Shame is a core issue that diminishes when we eliminate the entrenched belief in the control of guilt.

How do we eliminate the guilt so our shame diminishes?
Sit still
or lie down.
Ask our minds to show us the images of the past where there is perceived shame and that controlling guilt.
Feel to heal.
Shame is sorrow wanting to be felt. . .
Healing is allowing our tears to flow. . . allowing the guilt to emerge. . .
Feel to heal.
We heal by revisiting the past and allowing the feelings. . .
In that surrender comes messages of enlightenment — the Mother’s Love and the Light of the Father — that movement of understanding, that heart knowing we are always forgiven.

The Mother/Father One God is LOVE.
Forgiveness of self/others eliminates the guilt so our shame becomes a distant memory.
In surrender, in forgiveness, there is that place, that feeling of gratitude for all experiences, the good, the bad, and the ugly, that non-judgement, that ability to be the compassionate observer of everything, that mastery of LOVE of self/others.
FORGIVENESS is a blue spiral energy that spins counter-clockwise and GRATITUDE for all our experiences is a golden energy that spins clockwise, our Ascension spiral.
Observing both these energies,
the blue of forgiveness, the movement of PEACE
and the gold of gratitude, of JOY spinning around our selves,
we set our selves FREE with COMPASSION, LOVE,
mastery, ability to observe within and without.

KNOWING THE JOY
OF FORGIVENESS
CREATES NOVA BEING
AND NOVA EARTH
There is simply ecstasy, bliss, harmony, balance.
