Ascension is creating Nova Being and at the same time dis-creating what is not of love; we are doing both at once.
Out with the old, in with the New, remembering the higher realms are always listening to us.
What “I Am” mantras do is allow us to begin to inform all the levels of our being, and our consciousness, that we are preparing to enter into sacred communion with the higher realms.
Sanat Kumara, in his explanation of the Universal Law of Karmic Dispensation (1) said, when we use the words, “I Am,” we are claiming and declaring our Divinity and our alignment with “the I Am,” that we are bringing our heart consciousness, mental and emotional bodies, and physical body into alignment with our Universal self which is our personal I Am.
He said our Universal self, our personal I Am, aligns with the I Am, with Divine Mind, Heart, Will, Presence.
I feel, the more I think of myself and act as myself within that I Am, the more “I Am Peace, Love, Joy” that forgiveness of self, that compassion, that gratitude for my experiences, all at once.

The Universal Law of Attraction and Repulsion illustrates creation and dis-creation at once.
Jesus Sananda, March 8, 2016 (2) said:
“If you look to the Law of Attraction and Repulsion, you attract Love, you seek Love, you repulse that which is not love.
“So it begins with the Love of this beautiful, remarkable, holy sacred self; not just your spirit but your toes, your fingers, your hair, your face, your tummy!
“It starts with knowing and Loving how you behave, what you say, what you do, and from there you can Love your neighbour – which is every single being upon Gaia – and it is cyclical.
“It is the flow of the Infinity because as you Love others, as you embrace the collective, that Love grows, the sharing of that Love grows, the experience of that Love grows and you receive the Love.
“It is the balance of the give and the take, the above and below, and in that you know the Love of Source, of Mother/Father/One.
“It is a trinity and it cannot exclude any element. This is the pattern of the Universe, the Source, you, the collective.”

In a reading with me, November 13th, 2012, Archangel Michael had this to say about playful flow, creation:
“Do you really think that when the Mother-Father-One decides to create a new Universe or a Multiverse that they become very serious and ornery and from a place of desperation they say, ‘Well, we better create something new.’
“No, they gain excitement and playfulness and out of the sparkles of energy that transmit from their being, the New is born.
“Creation is the most playful exercise of All.
“When there is intimacy, we are not talking about rape or unwanted pregnancy, but when there is intimacy that results in the birth of a new soul, a new baby, it is playful. It is joyful. It is passionate.
“It is concentrated energy with everybody agreeing out of that coming together the new is born, so play.”
When I say the mantra, “I Am Playful Creation,” up comes everything not of love, the old to be let go, to be forgiven, to be in compassion and gratitude for the experience.
