Embedded in the tri-flame within our emerald heart chakra are understandings of forgiveness, compassion, gratitude, and the I Am.
Sitting in daily meditation — same time, same place, with a notebook to record insights — contemplating the blue, the pink, and the golden flames of our tri-flame is a way to balance, within/without.
Steps to balance can include our forgiveness, being compassion which includes non-judgement, the ability to observe and hold the highest vision of Love, and gratitude for our entire journey, the good, the bad and the ugly.
Attaching to, using the power of “I Am” daily, is a way to claim and declare our Divinity, our alignment with the I Am.
I Am Peace
I Am Love
I Am Joy
Doing this we bring our heart consciousness, our mental, emotional bodies and physical body into alignment with our Universal Self which is our personal I Am.
Our Universal Self, our personal I Am, aligns with the I Am, with Divine Mind, Heart, Will, Presence.
The more we think of ourselves, act as our self within that I Am, the more we become peace, Love, joy, that forgiveness, compassion, gratitude for everything.

Healing occurs at the speed of Love — instantaneously, immediately — but the rate we choose to incorporate Love is particular to us.
We act as vessels of healing by allowing the source energy of Love, of the cosmos, of the One, added with our Love — our forgiveness, compassion, gratitude — to flow through us.
Forgiveness can be as simple as a quick apology to self when we are out of alignment, in resentment of another, holding resentment about family, a past situation or the myriad of thoughts that are not of love:
“I’m so sorry, I forgot!
“I Am Peace! I Am Love! I Am Joy!
“I forgot my Divine Alignment!”
Laugh and carry on – no judgement of self/another.
The more we are in unity/community consciousness, that peace – apology to self, Love/joy in the balance, the more this can take place.
What takes us out of unity/community consciousness is judgement of self or others.
Judgement is cruel, harmful, illustrates a lack of love, of compassion, of allowance, and we do not have the permission or wisdom to judge anyone.
My principal guide said this to me in 2012, through Linda Dillon, channel for the Council of Love:
There is no such thing as mistakes.
The only mistake humans make is in judgement,
when they judge themselves or others to be less than,
when they do not see the glory of their own Divinity,
and that is just sad.

I have found feeling Divine — lifted up in bliss — happens with forgiveness – apology, compassion, that non-judgement, and even finding gratitude for the elimination of old thought patterns of lack of self-love and self-worth, the bigotry, gender issues, hatred, ‘being right’, limitation, anxiety, hopelessness, control, guilt, the internal/external drama and chaos.
We access our bliss facing into our sorrow, shame, anger and fears with forgiveness, compassion and in gratitude for all our ‘teachers/reflections’ in every lifetime, all issues, experiences, situations, so we come to balance.
I Am Peace
I Am Love
I Am Joy
Invoking Universal Law, using I Am phrases, and remembering Who We Are brings forth Divine Right Alignment — societies that work — and brings away, eliminates, what doesn’t work in the balance.
