What is Ascension?
One way to look at it is as a process of forgiving one self for everything until we are in a state of Love and gratitude for the good, the bad, and the ugly.
This could be called that place of peace, Love, joy, balance.
But how do we get to that place of balance within? What are the steps?
What does it feel like to be forgiveness of self?

Recently, I took some of the women in recovery from John Volken Academy where I volunteer, to visit Krista Brown at her Wisteria Acres, an amazing therapeutic horse farm in Langley, BC.
We were shown a method called Con Su Permiso, meaning “with your permission,” a way of introducing our self to a horse, helping us become aware of our own energy and how our energy affects the world around us.
When it came time for me to approach Cassie, my field was not compatible; she would not let me approach.
When Krista asked if there was a message within, I said I had constricting energy around my head, throat, down to my heart, and I wasn’t getting any messages.
Later, with release of my sorrow and another try, Rayne allowed me to approach.
I heard, as we started to walk forward, “You are in charge” which I interpreted as “I Am My Divine Authority.”
There was a pulling away of old energy from me, and a feeling of great gratitude to the horse for helping me.
Waves of energy moved through me, and I could see and sense the horse moving the energy, as well.
Rayne gave an enormous yawn that Krista said was a letting go.
What an experience, an emotional day!

When triggered by situations — those reflections to help us understand our self — do we sit still and forgive our self generally?
What I have found is I can reach new levels doing this work when I consistently meditate, same time, same chair (when possible) but that it can be very difficult.
When I’m able — and lately I’ve been refusing as it’s been too painful — to look at situations to do the “letting go” forgiveness of self work, I reach deeper and deeper levels of mastery.
The Hawaiian mantra of Ho’oponopono to self is helpful to bring me to balance:
“I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I Love you. Thank you.”
“I forgive my self for not expressing and experiencing my self as Divine.”

We can have the entrenched subconscious, unconscious, even conscious fear that God does not forgive us for “acts of separation.”
For judging, for hurting, for all the myriad of things we have done to self and others, there is that underlying fear that “God is punishing.”
In this time of Karmic Dispensation, we are forgiven,
and even in times not of Karmic Dispensation we are forgiven.
The Mother/Father One always, and all ways, forgive everything!
Another way to look at this is: terribly unconscious acts may have created the space for a “hero” so how could we not forgive the one that created the situation in the first place?
This brings to mind President Trump and other public leaders.
Is it time for us to LOVE them to LOVE our selves, to be the blessing and virtue of purity, ability to LOVE our “opponents” for discovery of Who We Are, complete forgiveness of self?

As we wake up to the knowing we have created enough suffering, and that it’s time to forgive our selves for everything, we balance within.
Therefore, we want to create balanced societies, without.
As within so without
and as above so below.
There is no suffering above.
There is simply ecstasy, bliss, harmony, balance.
We can create that state of peace, Love, joy within by forgiving our self for everything.
Then by focusing on sacred purpose — our piece to the puzzle — we create Nova Earth, this fabulous, amazing place where we live.
As we do this, our Star Brothers and Sisters
can join us in joyous celebration,
our fields compatible.
for your patience, your fortitude.
